Coffee pot

Silver, gilt, ivory.

20,0 cm x 20,0 cm x 12,5 cm.

The pot is the oldest surviving coffee or tea pot in Finland. Adorned with leaf engravings, it has the pear shape typical of the Rococo period. The spout is reminiscent of the head of a bird or fish. The handle is made of ivory.
